At Global Document Place, our top priority is to provide you with fake Documents of the highest quality that meet or exceed your expectations. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, we have a hassle-free policy for refunds and returns in place to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Refund Policy:

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, which is why we offer a full refund of the purchase price if you are not satisfied with your Documents. To be eligible for a refund, the Documents must be returned within 14 days of receipt and must be in its original condition. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Upon receiving the returned Documents, we will thoroughly inspect it to ensure that it meets our quality standards. If the Documents is found to be in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Return Policy:

Our Returns Policy aims to provide a hassle-free process for returning your Document should the need arise. To initiate a return, kindly contact our customer service team for an RMA number. The returned Document must be in its original condition and sent back within 14 days of receipt.

Upon receiving your returned Document, we will thoroughly inspect it to ensure it meets our quality standards. If deemed to be in its original condition, a replacement will be issued free of charge. Should you prefer a refund, please refer to our Refund Policy for further instructions.

Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for Documents that have been confiscated by authorities or law enforcement officials.
